Mustard is an important ingredient in any casserole that uses cheese. It helps bring out the cheese flavor.

Call me crazy, but I prefer the spiral mac to the regular; it tastes better somehow.

The sauce for my casserole is butter, flour, milk, cheddar cheese and a squirt of yellow mustard. Yum.

I never understood why it is Kraft dinner in Canada and Mac and cheese dinner in the States?
I’m pretty sure it’s the same stuff in the box?
